Yuki, Hiroshima (Jinseki)

Yuki (油木町; -cho) was a town located in Jinseki District, Hiroshima, Japan.

On November 5, 2004 Yuki was merged with the towns of Sanwa and Jinseki, and the village of Toyomatsu, all from Jinseki District, to form the new town of Jinsekikōgen.

As of 2003, the town had an estimated population of 3,089 and a density of 31.51 persons per km². The total area was 98.02 km².

Yuki is well known for quality food production, notably sake and miso of the Shinrai and Shinryu establishments - both still produced on a small scale and in the traditional manner - and beef from Wagyu cattle.
